YAY I've replaced the plug and the bike leapt into life Smile.
As soon as i've gaffa taped the panel I can bring 'er home Smile.
Araldite and epoxy resin for the panel methinks.

Should have got a cheap bike like mine with bendy panels, it almost bounces back up when you drop it Very Happy

Good to hear you have it back working though - try not to drop it again!

P-40 Fiber glass filler and a dam good electric sander never failed me when repairing panels mate, should try it. Just don't be skimping on the hardener or it will never dry. It actually (so I am told) is stronger than the original plastic fairing, once finished. Quite cheap to! Thumbs Up
