Hi

While a few weeks ago it seems that road pricing was dead in the water:-

and would be years away at worst, a tender has been issued:-

This is for a demonstration project, with proposals to be recived by 23rd of April. Bit of a hurry for something that is ages away and which virtually nobody wants.
