anyone got any of their stuff? I like the look of a couple of their jackets and trousers. and best of all, its actually affordable.

As much as I'd like to, I cant pay £150+ for a jacket Sad

I've got some gloves which are pretty good. The leather appears good quality. The guy in infinity cycles who sold them to me said they were made in the same factory as Frank Thomas I think, so of similar quality, but he could well have been chatting nonsense.

I was wearing a Lewis leather jacket when I lobbed my SV a couple of years ago.

Held up fine, I'd happily wear more of their stuff.

The girlfriend has some leather trousers of theirs, seem to be good quality, especially considering the price

I've had both jackets and trousers, with absolutely no complaints at all. Indeed it was the first truly waterproof kit I'd ever owned!

Only downside, is that on warm days, you dont half sweat some - boil in the bag comes to mind.

Ive used the textile jackets for a couple of years now. The one i have atm hasnt worn very well (i.e. the coat loop has snapped and the badge on the arm is coming off.). But the price was good and its comfotable. The textile trousers i have are great thoe.

I highly recommend them.

Yes, can only second that. Have a jacket and trousers and they hold off quite a bit of water and wind.
No complaints so far at all. Got mine from George White Outlet in Swindon for about £50 each piece if I can remember correctly.

cheers matt Karma Thumbs Up

would have been ideal to have a 360 degree zip but a small one like that would hopefully stop me exposing my back in an accident

Lewis, Frank Thomas Ltd, Motrax and Lintek are all part of the same company. Check their website contact pages, you will see that they are all based in the same building.

The Lewis stuff is pretty good, I've been selling it for over a year now and I've not had any real problems. Minor problems being the odd zip breaking on the waterproof suits but that has happened maybe twice.

It's good quality stuff and the newer gear is much better than the 2007 gear. Thumbs Up
