Touring spain and france and need some good sights

So me my dad and a mate are going to bilbao at the end of june and traveling to Zaragoza and then up through the pyranese to Milao (the really big suspension Bridge) and then up through france to either Le harve or Saint Malo.

The ferry has been booked for the 27 June(Friday) to Bilbao so start point is un-negotiable. and we will have the next week to do the trip in.

I really want to do as little Motorway riding as possible as I find them quite boring and my Hyosung gt250 lacks a bit on the top end.

So could anyone suggest

A: A good route through the pyranese that will be super twisty?

B: Any particularly fun roads allong the entire route which are again nice and twisty and not just boring straights.

Also we will be b&bing all the way (no camping) so any biker friendly places to stay would also be really helpful.

Your basic route crosses the N240 or the road to nirvana. You must ride this road if you are doing the pyrenese...

I would reccommend riding from Pamplona -> Andorra for ultimate twiesties along the N260/N240, but if you are going from Zaragoza go as far north as Huesca then head east from your route along the N240/N260, and follow that to say Andorra, I then rode the mountain decent towards Narbonne/Perpignan up towards Montpellier, and then gradually make your way up north towards milliau:

Ill just say that the one day i spent riding from Pamplona - > Montpellier was the best day of riding in my life...

The N240/N260 across the Pyrenees is very nice. Picks up being twisty from near Yesa, then follow the roads to the coast. Drove this route last year, was fun in big 4x4 with the tyres screeching going around corners that have big drops if you mess up. It's much more twisty than it looks on maps.
