Reckon it can be done? Also is there a big difference in wheel sizes? Would this affect handling too much?
Also... What will I need to do with the cahin/sprockets etc?

Well, even though the NC30/35 etc chassis' are said to be over-engineered, I don't think that it applies to the Blade... As for wheel/tyre sizes - assuming that you'll be using either a stock NC30 or NC35 wheel, then you may be restricted to a maximum of 160 on the back. Having said that, I remember seeing a Dook-rep NC30 with a 180...

There's a VFR750 swing arm mod that bolts straight onto your blade. Search google it's quite a common modification. There was even some bloke on ebay selling the whole kit to do the conversion along with instructions, but not sure if he still sells them or not!
