Hi, what is best? I have Speedfight 2, 50cc.

Which is best out of these two parts?
https://www.adrenalin-pedstop.co.uk/p/DOPPLER-S2BR-SPEED-CONTROL-VAR-653.aspx
https://www.adrenalin-pedstop.co.uk/p/POLINI-VARIATOR-SPEED-CONTROL--143.aspx

Hoping you are saying Polini because Doppler is out of stock.

Rick.

Maybe it's just because no-one knows? Or at least out of those that have viewed, no-one knows. I doubt it's anything personal, or because we don't like mopeds Smile

I didn't see your other post till i saw this one, and i've replied but i'm not sure how much help it'll be.

Don't be disheartened though, there is a wealth of experience here, and while this one might not be answered, in the main you will usually get help.

The only thing i can suggest is to see if you can find any other forums dedicated specifically to your bike, and see if they can help you..?

Doesn't matter whether it's a sportsbikes, a naked bike, a scooter or a H****y (well maybe the last one does matter) ... it's two wheels mate, that all that matters.

And as said above, probably because no one knows, or the people that do know have not seen your post Thumbs Up

They'll give you the exact same performance, go for the cheapest/what they have in stock.

Get the pollini !
Proper quality stuff. I have never heard a bad word about them.
Doppler isnt half as reconised and you can get loads more poliini performance parts to go with that kit.

Personally i'd get the Polini Speed Control, as said their scooter products are usually very good quality.

I had the Polini Speed Control on my X8R and was seriously impressed with it, but my engine had an undersized variator in the first place so there was a big top speed difference aswell, and once i'd set the transmission up well, very little or no loss in acceleration.

yeah i wouldnt start messing about with those torque springs either unless you know what your doing, so many people mess up completely with rollers/torque springs/belts.

id go for the polini one, polini is good quality and is more simple than the doppler one.
