What do you have, where did you get them, and how much did they cost you?
I 'borrowed' my brothers winter gloves all through winter, and the summer ones I had bought before are hardly going to protect my hands in a crash.
So as above, TA!. ____________________ TT600 neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeowwww! |

I have RiDE Recommended Aikito Carbon Track gloves.
They have lasted me over two years and one crash. They only cost me £40 from the NEC I think, and they are really comfortable. Dye fastness was a problem at first, but they seem to have settled down now. I'm not sure if they have been eplaced by another model or whatever but they are great value. ____________________ British beauty: Triumph Street Triple R; Loony stroker: KR1S; Track fun: GSXR750 L1; Commuter Missile: GSX-S1000F
Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another. |

They've got some armour on the fingers too?
Is there a good shop somewhere around Reading (except MTC ) to have a look at them?
Thanks. ____________________ TT600 neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeowwww! |

I've got a pair of cheap X8 summer gloves I bought when I started biking last year. £25 from a local shop. Very light and easy to feel the controls, got kevlar all over them. However the bit where the velcro strap is attached to the glove comes through on the inside and it's very itchy. So . I'm going to buy new ones this summer. ____________________ Honda NSR125R -> Suzuki GSXR400R GK76a -> Kawasaki ZX636 B1H -> Honda CBR400RR NC29 -> Nothing |

I have some Dainese (obviously) Race carbon jobies. I got them from www.sondel.co.uk last year in the sale, think they were about £50. They have Carbon knuckle protection as well as carbon over the lower knuckle on the little finger and are Kevlar laminated.
I've found them to be really comfortable, more than my Alpinestars SP1's and more armoured. |
