I have a Weise leather jacket and race jeans, both are excellent in my opinion and held up well in a low speed off a couple of years ago, yet still my only gear. I'd happily buy again.....
Can't really speak for the textiles though.... ____________________ Present> 03 Tuono RSV1000 - Past > 02 Honda NSR125RR > 02 Triumph TT600

If you want a decent textile jacket on a budget, try the RST base from busters/m&p, £40, absolute bargain. Really warm and nice fitting, only need a t shirt underneath. Knox armour. Only downside is no removable lining but for £40 you can afford to only use it 3 months of the yr. |

I've got an xblade 2, had it for about three years and had three offs with it with no problems. Used it in all weathers and it only just lost its waterproofing at start of summer. I used some nikwax and its as good as new again. I really like it, just it doesn't fit me so well now. ____________________ Past: 55 Sym Jet, 91 ZZR250, 03 NSR125R. Present: 97 ER-5.

Brilliant...thanks for the input everyone, much appreciated!
Decided to go for it, should be here in a couple of days. Looked at the others you've suggested, but i still prefer the Lynx. Partly for the price, and partly because of those three patches on the back...i like them.
Can hardly wait to ride the bike while being warm and looking cool...
Cheers! ____________________ A Guide To Powerbands |
