gearing question cr250 supermoto ish

hi anyone know if a cr250 on 17"wheels will pull top gear with 14-40 gearing?

Haven't got the time to find it now, but there are some gearing calculators that you can enter the rpm, internal gearing, wheel size and desired sprockets and it'll output speed, or enter speed and miss out another for it to spit out a different value.
