Take the casing off labeled as 9 i think, undoing all the bolts labeld as 6, and check it out,
All the gears and stuff that will be exposed check them out for damage and things then re post Thumbs Up

There should'nt be oil in there.
Take it off again and make sure the kick start is actually locking onto a gear and actually spinning round

Have you got good compression?
only asking as a mate on his old 125 crosser, used to do the same on the kickstart it would nearly kick over and go down really easy then next kick itd kick into life, compression was wayy down on it.

If your a novice i wouldnt go stripping your carb for no aparent reason, get the kick start sorted first.

To set them is quite simple. Your bike ticking over is also called ideling, to get you idel right find the screw with a spring around it. The more you tighten that the more your revs will be on "idel", you want the idel to be sat nice so your bike will hapilly run without you applying throttle, and when you have reved your bike it should go back to this position without your bike cutting out.
Somewhere else on your carb there will be another screw to ajust your mixture but i am not saying where because i have no idea about your carb and i could be telling you to ajust all kinds of stuff.

the kick start gear needs to be alined in a certain way you need to remove the spring pull the gear out push it back in so when you turn it the gear moves out you will have to play a bit. when in the right position it will come out and go back in when the kick start comes back replace spring and the plastic sleave this has a notch in that lines up with the spring hope this helps

On the first and seconds pictures, the part that the kickstart engages to looks very worn. I can't tell from those pictures properly but make sure the teeth are not rounded off.
