My visor is pretty loose and flips up around 80mph - while it's quite a good way of keeping to the limits, i just wondered if anyone had come up with an ingenious quick fix, to last until next pay day Thumbs Up

Have a look at the visor mechanism and see if there is anyway of sorting it, surly it didn't do this from new so something has gone wrong.
If it did do it from new or its a quite new then i would go back to the shop.

i had the same problem. i put it down to having a cheap crappy nitro £50 lid.

only happened when i was looking over my shoulder to change lanes though.

the HJC is much better

I use my Arai racing lid on my bike, narrow FOV but designed for like 200mph, no visor-flip up on this. Thumbs Up

I'd suggest looking at the system, with my lid it's just screws that tighten, with other lids like Shoeis etc they have the adjustable pinlock.

If all that fails, I'd go with the first suggestion, Gaffa Tape.

Or buy a slightly better helmet. Thumbs Up
