Yep! I'm ditching the ped.

Here's me beauty!

VFR400 NC30
94 m reg, 25000 km (approximately 15500 miles)
12 months MOT (or will be), no tax

Picking it up on Saturday.

A HUGE thankyou to AndyC for test riding it and giving the all clear.

Just wait for my test on June 7.

Nice bike Thumbs Up .

I bet your going to notice a tad of difference in power compared to you're ped Wink .

How much are you looking at for insurance. Wish i could afford one Crying or Very sad but i've got to sort out my current bike and sell that first, hopefully that should buy a decent bigger bike.

Have fun.

if you got it from a bike shop i think they have to legally give you a 3 month warranty...or was it 6 month....you should check it out...itll be usefull if summit goes wrong...

have fun on it...and next time we ride out you can come, (and youll be quicker than me!)

Andy, (the other one)

Right, it was marked up at £2595, I got it down to £2000 but that was no warranty included (Trade sale), I could've bought it with a warranty but he said it would cost me £2300 if I wanted that. Thing was I went looking with £1500 spending money.

If I took a warranty it would have cost me £2500 in total (£195 for fitted restrictor kit). It was hard enough to justify that amount to the mrs!

I have to buy my leathers too (trust me I'm not the mrs's favourite person right now!)

Damn, nice bike but £2000 is one hell of a lot of cash for an NC30. Privately I'd only have paid £1300 or so for yours.

No offence intended, it's a nice bike, just shows dealers are a rip off!

I'm 6 foot 3, it does seem a little low, but then it's the first sports bike i've had so not really sure what it's really meant to be like. Though Maurice has one and he's maybe a tiny bit taller than me.

None taken Wink, I did shop about and actually considered it rather good for a 94, most I had found were about £1800 - £2500 and they were 89 - 91 models.
