The guy still got charged for GBH, as one officer 'had to go to hospital'. Aka, had a small cut somewhere.

Even if you'd have just gone over to remonstrate with them, you'd of ended up nicked. Let alone throwing them off the guy.

Sorry, but he was being arrested and was putting up a fight.

I dont see what the fuss is about.

In my view if a copper is arresting you and you put up a fight then they can do anything they want to bring you in.



Its like the video of the german shepard bitting that bloke in the arm.

The police asked you to move on like five times you are still trying to wind the dog up. You have been badly bitten, whos fault is that ................

As i said in my first post they are arresting him he put up a fight whats the problem.

And you think a copper is allowed to commit assault (a criminal offence) merely because someone isn't being as cooperative as they would like?

Sure they shouldn't be assualted, but they are paid to do a job and have many powers to help with that job. What they do not have is the legal power to assault people. By doing so they are at best no better than the guy who is resisting arrest.

Remember the time when that asian bloke got shot dead at the train station because he ran from the police who shouted "ARMED POLICE STOP" and he didn't so gess what he got shot.....

If someone breaks into my house that wants to steal from me and I simply just let my three 70-90lb GSD get them out the house whos fault is that.........?

Mine, the dogs or the robber.


Or if there is a bloke pissed out his face in some pub or club starting fights, was asked to leave by door staff, refused so got kicked out. The police try to arrest him in the street but he is putting up a fight, I want the police to punish him so that next week he will not get pissed out his face again and try to fight more ppl.


Filtering out the gene pool, you have to come down hard on retards like this because its the only way they know.

No, and I haven't. Assault is an offence. The police are not allowed to assault someone. If they do then they are no different to any other thug and should be treated no differently.

If you mean the brazilian who was shot due to multiple errors by the police, then yes I remember it. Seems little evidence they shouted anything before holding him down and shooting him at close range. Far from his own fault.

Legally yours. You are only allowed to use minimal force.

Likewise if someone who breaks into your house and is attacked by you but defends themselves and kills you, whose fault is that? Their fault for breaking in, yours for attacking them or theirs for defending themselves excessively.

The police are not there to punish people. That is the courts job. The police do not have the power to run round like Judge Dredd beating people up because they feel like it. And should any do so then they should be dealt with in the same way

Have you ever tried to restrain someone while they are struggling? Even the smallest bloke can be very difficult. Never mind a large guy who has had a few and is hell bent on being unco-operative.
The easy answer is if the pigs scum filth nazi blah blah blah want to arrest you, go quietly, the end result of you being in custody will be the same just that you will have a few less aches in the morning, unless you have a group of on lookers around and you want to play upto the man.

There is a massive grey area with regards to legal restraint and assault, head butting someone in the face has been seen in the past as legal, holding someone by the arm gently, assault. I know I have been there for the former but not the latter, that was a colleague. Even with a number of people it is still difficult, even with the training. All these people who say it is dead easy should try it.

People who dont speak english cant understand what armed police (or men in black with guns running at you) are saying.

Your right, if a man in black with a gun is yelling getting the fuck out of their way isnt a good idea?


Also. Taser is excessive force, tasers ARENT safe. The police procedure is to use them only when the person you are dealing with is an immediate danger. (this means more than 'he has hands...omg he can hit me..he is a danger'and therefore everyone should immediatly be tasered).

Basically dont be so fucking blind, just because someone is wearing a police uniform dosn't make him a saint, in fact as we all know power corrupts. So police officers need to be accountable to their actions and in theory should be significantly more moral and have more respect for general joe public than joe public himself.
