Right, My Front pads are like non-existant, so using what intelligence i have (is that even spelt right?) i bought new pads... put them in but now my caliper wont fit back on to the disk Confused there isnt enough space between the pad and the grey bit Smile *thinks - need to be more specific*.
got to goto work in 3 hours as well, bugger.

that tells you you have to lever the calipers apart to fit them back on the disk. I use a screwdriver for this.

You need to force the pistons back. Not easy by hand but you can lever them back easy enough

right, the area where the disk would be positioned - between the two pads is big enough but the grey area (square 1.) is in the way the pad is behind it, i heard you can move it?! the pad (square 2.) would appear to be too large in thickness.

Yep, it moves... Or rather it should, lift up the rubber dust seal and give it some lubrication to free it.

Hi

Check out the cost of a 2nd hand caliper, as one shouldnt be hard to find. Also I think that EBC were selling refurbished calipers (exchange). Worth looking into

All the best
