Hi

Can anyone recommend a good top box for use on a 2001 CBR600 F Sport bike?

I'll be using it for courier work. I've seen a Givi 45 ltr top box on eBay for around £150 for a full mounting kit and top box, is this a reasonable price?

Thanks for any help!

Daniel

Check out David Silvers spares, I picked up a pannier set and mounting for £212 for my Varadero, it was in black but the blue that I wanted was £515, seeing as my bike is blue and black I got the black. If you are not fussy on colour then you can pick up some good deals.

Top box is probably better for courier work than panniers if your filtering all the time...

£150 new set is good, if used then not so great as you can get them new for under £200.

For a Givi, that a good price.

Did that include the rack, or do you already have one ?

If you go for one of the cheaper one's... Just watch the quick release.... I had one that did it when i was moving....
So mine is now bolted down.....

David Silver spares is a great shop if you want brand new hard luggage (and other spares etc.). I got the Full hard luggage kit (all racks, rails, hard panniers and top box) for the VFR for about £450. I asked Honda how much it would be (before ordering from DSS online) and they said about £1200 Shocked .

The dealership wanted £249 for a pair of pillion grab handles which wasn't so much steep, more vertical if you ask me.... Mad
