Technically yes but it would be a lot of work to define where the borders are, and even then people would complain that I had the midlands starting 2 miles south of where it should

Well Im very new here, so I think me running a regional forum would be asking too much, though if nobody is offering, I will run the South West base, on a temporary basis. 
If things go well and nobody has any objections I will carry on a permanant post.
