70 mile route round the Isle of White organised by my mate's parents, about 90 people turned up. Longest journey I've ever done on a bike before this is 40 miles on my MTB 2 weeks ago. So I cycled round on a borrowed road bike with flapjacks and chocolate for sustenance the whole day. Out for 8 hours overall with 5 hours cycling time.

Fucking knackered.
