i went on an 1150 when i was 16. and point two pottering around a carpark does not count as a go. A go is on road riding normally. Why i get narked when mates want a go on the bike (less of an issue now i got a hideously boring looking one)

Nah, as long as you're careful and it's a 'one off' (well, almost) why not.

What did you think of the Bandit 600? I was going after one of those myself. Especially compared to a Fazer 600 and a CBR500.

the bandit 600 is a cracking bike, when i get a 600cc a bandit is what i want, there comfy for rider and pillion, fast ( had it at nearly 130mph with 2 of us on it), good on fuel and handle well, there well worth the cash
