The fuse blew on my bike and when i was changing it i broke the little clip thing that holds my fuse.
So i have just had to joint the two wires.
Will it be okay. Everything seems fine 
Can you huy fuse boxes from anywhere ??

No it wont be ok.
You can get a new fuse holder from any motor parts shop (car shops / halfords e.t.c...)
