Afternoon all. I've had my mate on the phone bemoaning the fact that no-one up here in Newcastle has any gear for sale and he's not had a smoke all week. He's been using every night for about 10 years now I reckon, and he says he is finding it really hard to sleep and he is dead restless all the time.

I know there's a few experimenters on here so has anyone tried any of the "legal highs" that you can buy? There's a shop in town that apparently sells that sort of stuff so I'm giving him a lift in tomorrow - but are they really worth the money? Remember this is a guy who uses a lot so I guess he'll need it to be pretty strong.

Times like this I'm glad I gave up years ago!

Aren't they making some of the legal smokes a class C soon?

I've only done wacky backy a few times in the past, but just search youtube for some videos of people off their tits on the legal stuff. Looks absolutley madness Shocked

Yeah I did a search on this forum and a few people mentioned taking them and getting trippy for a short while, but I think what he will be after is more of a smoke substitute (I recommended drinking heavily but he says it's not the same)

Does make me wonder about people who say it's not addictive though (he's got plenty of tabs so it's not the nicotine he's missing)

Some of the legal highs are pretty intense to be honest. Ive had a full on trip with open eye visuals and time/sound distortion lasting around 6 hours after taking HBW seeds.

When BZP was still legal, you could hardly describe the effect as being for a short while either. Wittering like an idiot and chewing your gums for several hours.

Never really come across any that are much like weed though.

Had some black pepper extract (piperine) the other weekend. Landed up monged out of my face but I was also otherwise chemically enhanced.

Cheers Stinks, I'll point him in the direction of those HBW seeds and see what he thinks. At least it'll (hopefully) stop him ringing me and moaning how bored he is - although if he's off his tits, God only knows what he might ring me about instead. Laughing

most legal high's are crap, or just chemical based
the legal cannabis has more nasty's in it then soapbar
thing's are tough all over and good weed is hard to find
salvia is more like acid than weed so bear that in mind
best suggestion I can think of is tell him to get some soapbar
it will do less harm than most legal high's will, I know I used to sell them
there shit

With those seeds the way you take em can affect you immensly.

Seven seeds eaten made me feel really ill and made me start hearing my own heartbeat.. Sad Throwing up helped immensely.

I recommed teabagging.

Crush seeds to powder, empty a teabag, place powder in teabag, staple teabag shut.

Soak teabag in lemon juice, hold in mouth for about 15 mins, spit out all the horrible juice in ones mouth, replace teabag for another 15mins, spit again, place teabag in lemon juice and water, let soak for 15 mins, discard teabag..... drink water..

Don't worry the goodies are absorbed sub-lingually, so spitting out the nasties isn't gonna deprive you of anything!

5 seeds in the above manner made me feel sorta drunk with a clear mind and a nice body high......

I'm sure more seeds would increase the effect....

What method of ingestion did you use stinkwheel?

Hmmm interesting (although when you mentioned that he should try tea bagging I got a little worried! Laughing )

In the end he has just decided to grow his own. Says it'll take him 3 months to grow and he can last until then - I was out with him on Saturday and he was a right miserable get so I'm not sure if he will!

He's grown it before but prefers to buy it because it costs so much to grow - muttered something about loads of plants dying or not producing enough buds.

Thanks for the tips though, I've passed them on.

I agree, I can't comment about the smoking mixes (never tried them) but certainly salvia and such are normally taken for all the wrong reasons.

I think the label "herbal/legal high" is quite dangerous in itself as people hear "high" and presume that the drug in question is a cannabis substitute.....

My personal drug theory is: "if its found in the ground the its all good in the hood"

So synthetics are totally out for me....

Salvia, HBWR and other entheogens do have a place in the world IMO but its for serious psychonauts and traditional shamanic/ritualistic purposes. Deffo not for some kids (or even adults) looking for a high......

From personal experience Salvia can kick your ass to hell and back if you don't use respect when dealing with what is a very powerful entheogen.

Personally I'm pro-drug, not anti at all. However I do think drug should be used (not abused!) in thoughtful, responsible manner. The people who abuse such legal drugs piss me off no end, its these sort of people who draw attention to the legal drugs and its not long before they become illegal due to the negligence of a few....

Whoo getting a bit ranty there, but is something I feel strongly about!! Razz Razz

3 months is about the minimum time it takes to do a grow from scratch
growing your own is a big saving over buying weed anyday if you do it right
with a basic setup and a bit of good info you can grow 20 - 30 oz of good weed every 2 months
yes it will cost you about £2 - 3 quid a day but over 60 days thats less than £200
an ounce of good weed goes for that, your inital setup is about £300 quid upwards depending on how you go about it

but with the right setup and about 30 mins maintenence a day you get an endless supply of good weed
all you need is a space about 4' x 4' and a few bits of equipment you can easily buy on the net
the trick to getting good yields is maximising your space, keeping it maintained
and optimising the settings that the plants are going to grow in

the light and grow medium are the most important issues in all of this
for lighting you need 600w sodium lamp for a 4 x 4 area these you can get for about £130
and the bulbs last about 2 years so not that bad an expence as replacement bulbs
are about about £25 its the controll gear that works the lamp thats expensive

medium you have quite a few choices, mainly soil or hydroponic
these break down into quite a few off shoot methods
but personally I prefer hydro as its easier to control and easier to change is something goes tits up
plus hydro tends to have a faster cycle than soil grows and better harvests

anyone interested in growing there own should check out a site i'm the admin on

you can find all the info there you need to grow your own

I started growing my own years ago because I got sick of crap soapbar and crap weed
didn't take me long to figure it out and get a good setup going
and getting 20+ oz every 2 months
belive me its not hard, I'm not even a gardener, I slabbed ny back door so I didn't need to cut the grass
and belive me when you grow your own and get a good crop it makes it worth it
at least you know exactly what your smoking, you grew it

these are pic's from a 4 x 4 room I ran a few years back
that was pulling at least 20oz+ every 2 months, wish I was back there now
its bloody murder trying to get good smoke these days

Wow, that's some impressive photos!

I've just been chatting to him and although he has all the gear required for growing he's a bit of a noob when it comes to actually growing it. I'll point him in the direction of that forum (and tell him to join it so that it saves me having to ask all these questions!)

Mate took seven at a stag party in a community woodlands, he was still tripping next morning, wandering round in a black top hat wittering shite while we were cooking breakfast.

Agree about the nasea, the best thing to do is definately keep active and the brain engaged. When you mope you just feel worse and worse, but when you get chatting, up and about etc, its enough that you dont notice it.

Shared visuals is a point thats always interested me, how the fuck does it happen! Theories seem to range from telepathy to getting similar people in the same place on the same drug etc etc.....

Very interesting stuff in general!

There is an interesting report from some of the LSD experiments the Americans did in the late 60's. They observed a guy offer someone a non-existant cigarette from a non-existant packet. The other guy refused to take it saying "Nah, it's ok. I can't take your last one.".

Weird shit.

Seems BCF is turning more and more into a drug forum of late....

Ah well, I think I've self incriminated more on here than any actual drugs forums. Saying that tho, hopefully the narcs don't go snooping around BCF looking for drugs posts....

It would be interesting to see who's been busted, who's under surveillance etc etc as a result of internet postings.....

I can't imagine its that many, you could always say you made it all up

Friend of mine had a shared visual with another guy whilst in LSD, they were both walking down an alley, which according to them kept repeating itself, such that they kept walking down the same alley. He said they turned to each other at the same time and said the same thing i.e what the hell is going on, we've already walked down here twice!!

He said it was the weirdest thing ever and couldn't ever quite get his head around it.

Lol I love how on the drug forums everyone puts that "Im making all this up!" in their sigs. I'd really like to know if thats ever made a difference to anyone - at the end of the day if the cops kick off your door and find a meth lab or whatever, chances are you pointing to your "I made it all up" sig aint gonna swing the jury lol.

Yeah I know what you mean, and the whole SWIM thing is pretty funny too....

I think a large part of it is being able to keep sites online. Its a bit differnt I suppose on BCF with the occaisional chit-chat about drugs.

On a dedicated drugs site tho with everyone claiming how high they got off this that and everything, I think the admins are a bit scared that some "save the children" will pressure their sight into closing. Especially for some of the legal drugs it seems that all attention is bad attention (due to the general populations closed minds) so they would rather have reports along the line of "well I have a walrus that said....."

Its quite sad that people even have to think about self incrim really at all tho!

EDIT: Just put my legal cap on and its more than likely down to probable cause. Like the police (in the US at least) need a probable cause to search you/your house (without a warrant) etc etc....

I'm not sure how far online stuff holds, but saying "I'm cooking that methy goodness" online might be enough to give them probable cause to bust in without going throught the motions of search warrant. Note this is pure speculation and I'm not a lawyer....

Also for the amount of people supposedly doing illegal extractions/synthesis/growing online, they sure would have a lot of skulls to crack!

It gets really annoying typing in the third person, especially when you only remember at the end of a long post that you're not supposed to refer to yourself in the first person, so then have to go and change bloody everything. Grrr!

I think mainly it's a US thing, for the reasons you highlighted. British police tend to be too busy having a coffee break or arresting 8 year olds for climbing trees to do anything akin to real police work, much less infiltrate a drugs forum and narrow down who's cooking up what, track them down and pull of a successful bust.

I have not admitted to doing anything illegal in this thread anyway.

As things stand, it is perfectly legal to buy and eat HBW seeds. You can go on any number of websites in the UK to get them or buy them openly from a head shop.

BZP was also perfectly legal when I took it. As were mushies.
