Bloody hell a mk1 CAG. They're made almost entirely of cheese.

Best thing to do with it is to sell it and buy something good.
I was planning on putting a 4.2bhp engine in my old one, but the build quality is so poor!

Once I was at Hullavington on the track, hit the front brake hard for a hairpin and the front brake disk sheered clean off.

I sold it shortly after that.

yeah thats the thing and to be fair there not worth selling for what you would get for it so i was thinking may as well do something with it

theirs a range of stuff you can get for mini moto's cheaply google the parts if you want it ( much cheaper ) or ebay them.

K&N airfilter , bigger jets , racing exhaust , better sprockets ( as above ) , NGK spark plug , heavy duty clutch , light weght chain , light weght racing flywheel's ,

not sure yet i will see what it looks like when all painted , if its too plain then i will add some black decals onto it .
to be honest i am just getting it looking good and running sweet and will prob sell it and get another one to do Very Happy

update ,

new tinted screen fitted ,

the only things left to do now are put brake calipers on , paint exhaust, fit new K&N Air filter , base coat rest on panels

what i done with mini motards was if they were shaby and had shitr paint jobs i just sprayed them up cheapest way possable then focused more on the performance side of things.

depends the average decent mini motard ranged from about 250 to 300 pound then i sold them for about 400 to 420 on ebay.

looks nice with tinted screen Smile

yeah i was looking to keep this one pretty standard ,
should be finished the weekend then i will put it on ebay for about £60 starting price

im selling a midi 50cc moto!!! DR edition

its black... all working just needs carb tuning... 30mins job if done by mechanic!!!

new spark
repainted cover
new seat
all bolts replaced!!!!
i weigh 9stone and it does 29mph
downhill 35mph "woudnt advise trying to go faster than that when your basicly on the ground..."

offers???

stick it on ebay , my mates mini motard does 40 nearl 45 he's spent no end of money on it its scared the shit out me going that quick like within cm above the ground
