the forks on my cb100n are bent (well one side is) and there both pitted so they need replacing,

i also dont like this cable operated front disk set up and was going to change it for a big drum off something else or hydraulic disk,

which leads me to the question Idea is it possible to use honda cg125 forks wheel and caliper in cb100 yokes im not sure if they share the same hole centers, then id just need to make sure the speedo drive works or use the cg speedo etc.......

any advise would me appreciated

if memory serves me corect you should be able to slide the forks straight into the cb100's stem.

if the forks are bent then the yokes/headstock maybe as well .If you can swap the yokes as well and regrease the head bearings being carefull to count the ball bearings as they dop to the floor while both hands are busy with the fork .A big blob of grease helps them stay put when reassembling, the cg front should be fine but dont mix up anywheel spacers, you may find that type 2 83onwards cgs forks are the same size.cb100n frame is nearly identical to cb.cm ,cg.if fork tubes bent save lower tubes and springs .
