don,t it would make a cool bike look silly,
but if you want basically you need to run a netive and a positive cable from the battery to a simple hidden switch or you head light cluster/lamp wiring, and then to the neons (simple series circult), to fix just cable tie it underneath, or drill and bolt at each end
