Never noticed before but it seems I've a non standard end can on my bike:

No markings other than the usual noise regs stuff - "BSAU193a-T3 1990"

Anyone any idea what can it is?

Cheers Smile

Looks like a 'standard' kind of can - I had a similar one made up by a friend for my Blade.

Or it could be a Beowulf with the sticker removed...

Seems not, looking at the piccy I just found:

Seems stubbier, and more oval/less round.

Good game this Very Happy

It's just a standard looking can, Beowulf sprang to mind as they make (and have made, as you're bike's pretty old) a large amount of cans in different finishes, shapes, lengths, etc.

They're also the sort of company that would make a can to spec as well. Could be any number of similar companies using 'off the shelf' components.

Like Craig said, just looks like a standard type can.

Here's my fuel one: (Don't have the bike anymore)

And it looks much the same, yours is shorter (and obviously not carbon)

It's definitely not the stock one. Has it got a removable baffle or anything?

Sorry can't help with the end can arry but to reiterate the comments above that is a very clean CBR in very good colours Thumbs Up Favourite colour for me other than the red, white and black. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

I've just sold mine and although I was never 100% happy with it (for no definable reason) I'm missing it like crazy Crying or Very sad

I thought that.

It's pretty generic looking though. Does it have removable baffles?

Ben - thanks for the nice comments Thumbs Up

Tommy - same Very Happy Paid, £1400 for it IIRC. It's over 30k miles but there's loads of history with it, it's always been well maintained.

Thanks guys - looks like I'll never quite know for sure, the MTX can looks most similar, so I'll just assume it's that from now on Thumbs Up
