My biggest two, are people scraping cutlery against ceramic pot's(dishes etc) and anything spider related.

I'm wondering if there'd many more out there than my first?

How do you say 'would you please stop scraping that Fucking dish before I ram it down your throat?!' politely?

Nails.

As in human nails, scraping on anything. Not scratching. But where the nail gets pulled back slightly.

I'm actually cringing right now. Neutral

Like on blackboards, or when I'm climbing and you jut miss the hold and you hear your/other people's nails scraping.

That's it I think...

But man do I fucking hate it

Cutlery on crockery, and the feel of badly brushed metal. Crayon wrappers, fuck those.

Balloons!

When people make them crunch and when they unexpectedly pop in your face.

Anyone with this weakness DO NOT let your 'friends' know. I have been chased halfway across Chester with my mates shouting GET IN THE BALLOONS!

How people looked...I died a little that day Sad

Oh good thread.

- Biting down on foil with fillings... man that's horrible
- Seeing anything to do with eye surgery
- The feeling of Suade ooh that goes straight through me.
- The feeling of dust, or dry clay on hands.

Tomatoes, old women and doors that are slightly open.

Things that "go right through me" are when you poke a fork into a filling its horrible. Anything wet that squeaks, so being a window cleaner with a squidgy would be a horrible job for me.

I've got a bit of an esoteric one.
We used to have these bowls that were ceramic-coated metal, that we used to feed our cats (we had five at the time).
Since we'd had these bowls for about as long as I've been alive, the surface on them was pitted and rough in the most horrible way conceivable. Whenever I felt my fingernails brushing that surface, I'd cringe and shudder so hard it looked like I was spacking out completely.

Horrible, horrible sensation.

Oh yeah: eye and nail surgery freak me out, too. I've had plenty of surgery on my toenails, so I know full well how nasty that can be, and I considered laser eye surgery until I found that they had to cut a thin flap off your eye before they can do anything with the laser. Gah.

Rubbing carpet ( Wink )

If something is spilt on the carpet, I have to leave the room while it is being rubbed/soaked up with a teatowel/cloth etc.

Running hands along carpet is almost as bad.

Snog marry or avoid. That makes me cringe. Along with Westwood, I'm hotter than my daughter and slips.

All terrible terrible television.

Even Jeremy Kyle doesn't make me cringe as much as those programmes.

Biting foil
Biting cotton wool
Pulling apart dry cotton wool

And weirdly enough, I get the same 'feeling' when someone goes too close to the edge of a very high place near water...I cringe and have to look away. Shocked
