Don’t pretend that you don’t know what I'm referring to fellow BCFers. The latest leaning towards adding that superfluous tiny flourish to a post. Keith gets away with it, just ‘cos.., well..., he’s Keith isn’t he. BUT the rest of you really should know better than to attempt to get away with this type of gratuitous act.

Look, I’ve tried to empathise with your plight. I appreciate what you’re trying to do, attempting to be that little bit more touchy feely with your fellow members, giving your posts that ‘familiar’ touch. Honestly, it's not required, I know who you are, it says so in the freakin’ left hand margin, you don't have to fockin’ tell me again in the final line of your post. What do you think I’ve got? The memory of a seahorse and eyesight of a badger?

And while we’re on the subject there’s also no need to just put your initial as a final sign off either. What the soddin’ hell is that for?! ‘Ooooh in case you’ve forgotten after the last three lines of insightful prose or indeed if you’re partially sighted my moniker begins with an ‘R’

Fock Off Wink

To be honest I did it from the first day I posted on BCF and I'm a stickler for consistency, hence my persistence. So you can lick my sack Wink

I think I only do it when asking for help and starting a topic.

It normal goes something like.

Thanks in advance.

Carl.

Saying that Keith shouldn't stop doing it it's like a BCF tradition and I like the way pat does it too with the bit in small print underneath its funny sometimes.

All the worst.

Anita (in her brief appearances here) once complained to me that she hadn't been "All the best"-ed by Kickstart Laughing

Mine are sort of more off-the-cuff.
I stole the idea from Shade.

Are seahorses well known for being forgetful, then?
Cos ... my seahorse data does not discuss that subject.

No, it only applies to people who sign off WITH THE SAME THING ALL THE TIME (except Kickstart, who is allowed, cos he is The Don of posters).
