Honda Bros 400 on restricted licence?

I haven't done my full practical yet and i'm 19 so i guess i'm still new to riding.

Is the Honda Bros 400 any good? I've heard they don't need restricting (already make only 33-35bhp), which should make it quite efficient; i'm considering buying one and want a few more opinions.

Anyone know what goes wrong on them and what to look out for?
What's insurance like for them?

insurance is cheap, only the fact its a grey import will increase the premium over other 400's of which there arent any really

reliable, regular oil changes and not a lot else really needs doing, probly an ideal learner bike, if you havent ridden anything better, if you have then they tend to feel bland
