I like the Corsa III's I've just got on my GSXR - lots of grip, including in the cold/wet. Life will probably last you the year.
If I was buying new tyres, this is what I'd buy (I just did ) - I wouldn't go for new supercorsas on the road because of their tyre life, though would consider them second hand. |

I'd say either the Corsa III as they get really good reviews or the Diablo/ Rosso Corsa .
I've never had anything but Pirelli hoops on my bikes never had reason to change brand
Currerntly got the Dragon Supercorsa Pro's on mine as that was what they are as standard just waiting on my front to wear out (some point in the next few months) and I'll prob go for either the Corsa III or stick with the SP's see how I feel at the time ____________________ Current; 10' Aprilia Dorsoduro 750.

The Sport attacks are 5 year old technology.
The Angel ST is the latest tyre technology. |

the angel ST and road 2 are sport touring tyres, dual compund, hard in the centre for longer milage and sticky sides, plus they have great wet performance
If he is only doing 2-3k a year and doesnt mind needing a new set each year he could go for something sticky as opposed to an ST tyre, but the ST tyre should last a couple times longer.
here is a pretty good guide on tyre choice taken from BCT

After these Road 2's im going to give Avon Storm 2 Ultras a go |
