Advice on 2 Piece Leathers for Track

Hi Guys,

I'm ready to do my first track day, having visited Rockingham on Saturday and seen what its all about

My jacket doesnt zip to my pants, so I picked up a 2nd hand jacket that does, but I'm wondering is anyone could advise me if its good enough?

The jacket and the pants are the same make (Revit) and both the same size 38.... but the zip even on the longer setting doesn't get the whole way around.... but is it good enough?

The last thing I want to do is get turned away and wast money thats tight anyway...

360 zip doesnt mean completely all the way round.. about 75% of the way round is fine.

my richa 2 piece is the same and i've been on the track with that no probs (even came off wearing them with no probs, heh)

OH cheeky Itchy....

There is a difference between a flashy expensive one piece Dainese suit - that I'd LOVE to have... and 2nd hand 2 piece make do (slightly large - but at least I can move) job .... not quite so sexy.

Ye, as above standard and won't be a problem. They don't really check specifically, but if they noticed your leathers weren't connected probably would stop you going out.
Had a case where someone turned up with only half their two piece and they found someone to borrow some off.
