If I unserewed the bolt on the sie on my engine on the ns125f would i be able to fit a power valve from a moden nsr125?

Oh yeah and does any one know the diameter of the carb on the air intake side

Not you could not fit the NSR power valve. They are totally different.

i thought the nsr uses a servo to opan the exhaust port wider etc?

The carb bore is 26mm but the outer spigot where the airbox rubber fits ( I suspect that's what you want to know) is 42mm.
