Imagine a device like a walkman or a dictaphone, except it has a microphone and headset, and it's sole purpose is to take whatever the microphone picks up and pumps it out of the headset at high volume. Can be battery, mains or battery & charger powered.

That's what I need, one of them! Any ideas?
