Listed my sisters YZFR125 on ebay a few weeks back on classified and you get silly cunts asking would you take £1500 for it? It's worth £2k to a dealer, the dealer who she bought it from has offered to buy it back at that price, so it would make no sense to sell it for any less. The bike's up for 2,200. Some guy puts in an offer and I accepted it and ended the ad early. Three days later, sends a message to me, "hey, dont want the bike, sorry".

Why the fuck bid on someones bike if you don't want it? So I relisted it today under auction, started at 99p and put a reserve on it. Also put in the ad in massive writing, relisted due to time wasters, if you got less than 10 positive feedback dont bid on it with out ringing me first. Straight away, some gimp with 0 feedback puts in a bid.

Then some guy rings me just chatting shit basically. If I was going to bid on a bike, I would make sure I wanted it before I did and if I had put in a bid and found something else, I'd retract my bid so it didn't fuck their sale up.

CUNTS.

If a dealer will give you £2000 for it and you think it's worth that much why not just sell it back to them? Much less fuss. Besides there will always be people on ebay looking for a better deal, that's the point of it! It's going to be much more of a struggle for the sake of £200.

Found on Ebay's community section:

https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Also, please report them to Ebay as you will help the block work better. You will see a box saying to block bidders with so many unpaid items within a set period.

Once you complete an Unpaid Item case the buyer cannot leave negative feedback.

You can also ask for immediate payment upon a buyer clicking buy now. Only issue is that goes through Paypal which can go wrong sometimes if a bidder disputes the item.

I sold four books today, three of them hardbacks. The buyer asked for a discount as I put the postage for single books at £2.50. I thought, fair enough, so I halved the postage to a fiver, sent him the invoice and then I got his address.

Isle of bloody Wight! It's gonna cost me more now than I'm getting for postage, and the books only came to six quid Sad

I've sent stuff to the Isle of Wight before using Royal Mail and it cost the same as sending to mainland.
