Quote:
It was a great battle with Stoner, congratulations to him. If it happened the other way around he would surely have cried like he did after Laguna Seca [in 2008], but this is racing. I'm happy because he was smiling at the end.

Classic, so glad he's back Very Happy

thats a tad unfair as stoner didnt exactly run off the track to try and go up the inside of rossi like he did at laguna, it was a tough move but nothing to make a spectacle about.

I think its funny, comes back and already ruffling feathers, I think Rossi knows that Stoner is easy to wind up, thats why he does it Smile.

Quote from here: https://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/85366

Stoner does get back at Rossi, rivalry in sport is always good Smile.

Yeah, but he knew it's stick because Rossi would have his injury in the back of his mind. On any other rider he may well have had the door slammed on him (so to speak).

From the bloke who needed to miss a bunch of races 'cos he was tired? Laughing How many compound fractures has he had? His comments do him little credit - he'd have been better just laughing it off, or claiming it was 1-1 after Laguna Seca! Edit: Reading again, in context, they're not too bad I suppose although this made me laugh...

We've all been through injuries - myself, Jorge [Lorenzo] and Dani [Pedrosa] - and nobody ever talks about this.

I thought the media was going to suck Lorenzo's cock when he got a podium (?) with two broken ankles. Selective memory?

I love good racing but Stoner never comes across like he's enjoying himself (Pedrosa either for that matter).

I know Laguna was ages ago, that's what comes with having a life I guess...!! Can't be stuck inside all the time watching the bikes and surfing the 'net. Some of us are forced to go out enjoy the sunshine and live a little, spending time going to festivals, riding our bikes and enjoying doing things outside. Rolling Eyes

Yes it rained here, but not all day granted...but the first rain (during the day) that we've had in 51 days!!! Cool

Had a fair bit of rain over the last week, so it's been nice to have some sunshine again!

You got stroppy from that...oh dear, (here's a tip, clanger very rarely gets stroppy - seriously no point to that state of mind) Laughing
