Try em both on in a shop. (not at the same time).
Smack ur head against the wall repeatedly and see which one feels/fares better:)
Then ask for a fresh one from the back

Well every Shark bash hat I've tried felt really cheap and basically shit....but hey it's up to you.
I personally can't stand bash hats that feel too light.

I lurve my AGV, I won't have any other lid apart from an AGV at the mo, they fit me just puuuuuuurfect, but at the end of the day it's up to the individual wearing it. Whatever you do, don't buy a lid just cos it looks good like the kids on peds do.

P.S. That's another thing that pisses me off.... kids on peds always have either some cheap plasticy £40 jobby helmet or a like £300 AGV or summat near where I live.... is it the same anywhere else??? Confused
