What are the exact difference's between the two models of bikes?
I've had a quick search on google and not found anything useful.

Maybe Kev would be best at answering this?

Hi

The frames are different, wheels are different and brakes are different, plus the engine was played with a bit. KR1S has 4 piston calipers (2 piston calipers on the KR1). KR1S frame is smooth on the outside (KR1 has a couple of external ribs on the frame)

The KR-1 wheels has 3 spokes whereas the KR-1s has 5. The KR-1S engine puts out an extra 5hp, but most of that is from the slightly modified exhaust system.
