I really do love the customer service you guys provide. Quick comparison;
Bought a cd player from an eBay seller that doesn't work. The company is being nothing but awkward and refusing to communicate or accept any blame.

Whereas you guys had a slight packing error (and to be fair, there is little difference between 2 different types of meguiars applicator pads) and have sorted the problem immediately by sending the correct ones out .

Top class company!
