I won't vote. Having rode the SR-50 before, i know that all 50cc 2 strokes are shit!! Drink as much as a 600, but can only offer you a max true speed of 55 or indicated 60. Just Shit!
Save it, put it into a Saving account or summit, and buy a 125cc 2 or 4stroke.
So much MORE POWER than those shitty 50. Even the 4 stroke 125s pull much stronger ____________________ current toys: Skygo SG125-J 125cc stolen again 1992 Kawasaki GPZ500S (crashed damaged) 1996 Renault Clio 1.2 2005 CG125 project |

I had an RS50, so I voted for that! .
In reality, there is no difference but aesthetics. You have to squeeze the engine to get any power out, gear after gear up to a roaring maximum of maybe 55mph. ! ____________________ "Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul."

I like Derbi GPR50 nude (naked version) which looks like triumph street triple. And it has more relaxed position and you'll be happy both in town and countryside. ____________________ own:2020 Serow 250

My vote is.. none of above.
Buy a 50cc shitter for pennies, wait a year until you're 17yo then buy RS125 |

Didn't vote because IMO a 50cc is just for learning, don't worry about speed, looks or anything. It'll always look like a 50 eventually. Sound like it, and go like it.
Just use it for learning, take more consideration into what bike you want after your test.
You're going to be always learning, but this is the bit were you read a whole book to learn, then after your test, you take it page by page.
Learn on any geared 50, then worry about what bike you want to be seen on.

Sorry, I wouldn't want to advise you on a bike I know nothing about. The only 50cc's I have ridden and would recommend, are AR50, GN50, DT50 (don't know if these are still being made these days) but all were good bikes (IMO). ____________________ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter won't mind - Dr. Seuss |
