At the start he may also ask you questins such as what would you check regularly before going out riding ... and as someone suggested in here (cannot remember who) just remember BOLTS
- Break fluid level
- Oil level
- Lights (all workign and clean)
- Tyres (pressure and no nails/tears...)
- Suspentions and chain tension
When is your test? ____________________ Passed my DAS - Third time lucky!!!!

When I did my test (3 weeks ago) I was asked how I would check the chain for signs of wear.
I asked the examiner "Honest answer or proper answer?"
He said proper, so I told him about consulting the handbook for tension, where to adjust, making sure lubes. checking sprocket for signs of wear etc etc.
He said OK, what would the honest answer have been?
So I told him "Get my boyfriend to have a look, he's a mechanic!"
He was still smiling when we got back, and I passed this time..... ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |
