hi...i recently bought a 1898 kmx 125...i left it running for a while today whilst trying to sort out a fuel overflow leak problem and as it was ticking over transmission fluid began to seep from a hole just behind the tacho drive input...do you think this could mean that there is too much oil in the gearbox or is this hole a breather???...help please... Smile

Wow, a 112 year old kmx Shocked . No wonder it leaks oil.

You should check the oil level via the little window or the dipstck, but no oil should leak out unless something is wrong.

the oil level is at the top of the glass so maybe it does have too much oil in the gearbox...and yes it is quite old but not as old as me lol...do you or anybody know though whether there is supposed to be a hole where stated...
