Yes it did not abide by the Japanese restrictions by being restricted, it was designed to that level of power in the first place.
For stoppies they are easiest on bikes with a small front wheel and a high centre of gravity. The little Cagiva Freccia is brilliant at them. My FZ750 will not do a stoppy at all as the centre of gravity is so low. If anything it wants to pivot under the front wheel spindle!
