The joys of the those songs you sang as a child, they never really made sense but you enjoyed singing them.

Quote:
In Jamaica behind the trees,
Selling Condoms for 50ps,
One for a penny, two for a bob,
All depending on the size of your knob

Quote:
All the girls in France do the belly button dance,
But all the girls in Silon do the same with nothing on

[I think I've spelt Silon incorrectly]

Quote:
Birdy Birdy in the sky,
Drops it's blessing from way up high,
An angry farmer wipes his eye,
God bless the cows don't fly

Can anyone think of any more?

After burping:

Pardon me for being so rude, it was not me it was my food. It just popped up to say hello, and now it's gone back down below.

Beans beans are good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you fart, the more you fart, the better you feel, so eat your beans for every meal.

I know savage's songs and we used to do "our sgt major." Theres many variations of the song but the one we used to sing was.

Quote:
Our Sgt Major jumped from 40 thousand feet. (x3)
And he aint gonna jump no more.

CHORUS: Glory glory what a hell of a way to die
When your hanging from your braces and you're learning how to fly
Glory glory what a hecll of a way to die
And he ain't gonna jump no more.

(Then the rest of the verses with chorus between)

He was the last to leave the airoplane and the first to hit the ground.

He landed on the runway like a slodge of strawberry jam.

They scrapped him off the tarmac with a knife and fork and spoon.

They put him in a jam jar and they sent him home to nan.

She put him on the fireplace for all the world to see.

Another one was the tale of Knobby Hall.

Quote:
They called him Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall
They called him Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall
They called him Nobby Hall cuz he only had one..... finger (ball)
They called him called Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall

He tried to rob a bank, rob a bank
He tried to rob a bank, rob a bank
He tried to rob a bank but he stopped for a...... sandwich (wank)
He tried to rob a bank, rob a bank

The copper he came quick, he came quick
The copper he came quick, he came quick
The copper he came quick, and hit him with his....... truncheon (dick)
The copper he came quick, he came quick

The judge's name was Hunt, name was Hunt
The judge's name was Hunt, name was Hunt
The judge's name was Hunt and he was bit of a....... meanie (cnut)
The judge's name was Hunt, name was Hunt

They hung Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall
They hung Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall
They hung Nobby Hall, by his one and only..... finger (ball)
They hung Nobby Hall, Nobby Hall

They buried him in a pit, in a pit
They buried him in a pit, in a pit
They buried him in a pit and they covered him with........ compost (shit)
They buried him in a pit, in a pit

*Replace with words in brackets for clean/dirty version*

Theres more I'll try and remember how they go. I remember bits of them.

My younger sister was a bit of a peculiar child and used to eat dirt, worms, even razorblade once

(my mother tells me that she appropriately freaked out, but that it came out fine the other end)

And she's a particularly moody cow, even from way back.
So at first it was just at her, but in evolved into whenever any one of us was sulking, we'd all sing:
Quote:

"Nobody loves me, everybody hates me, I'm going down the garden to eat worms."

(which is apparently an old american song? I dunno)

It continues:
"Long thin slimey ones, short fat stubby ones, gooey gooey ooey gooey WORMS!"

I'm sure there are other songs, but currently I'm feeling too old to remember them.

Nah we're just a bit behind in N.Ireland lol

On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese.
I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table, it rolled on the floor,
And then my poor meatball rolled out of the door.

It rolled in the garden and under a bush,
And then my poor meatball was nothing but mush.

The mush was as tasty as tasty could be,
And early next summer it grew to a tree.

The tree was all covered with beautiful moss.
It grew great big meatballs and tomato sauce.

So if you eat spaghetti all covered with cheese,
Hold on to your meatball and don't ever sneeze.

"I'm in the army now,
I tried to milk a cow,
the cow blew off, and I flew off,
I've joined the Airforce now".

"Walking through the jungle,
got a tummy ache.
Got to find a toilet,
Ooops, Shocked too late".

"The boy stood on the burning deck, picking his nose like mad,
he rolled them up in little balls, then flicked them at his Dad".

That fart one was one of the very ones I was thinking about. I just couldnt remember the bit after the second verse! Cheers savage!

There was the "found a peanut song" too.

Quote:
Found a peanut, found a peanut,
Found a peanut yesterday,
Just now I found a peanut,
Found a peanut yesterday.

Cracked it open, cracked it open,

It was rotten, it was rotten,

Ate it anyway, ate it anyway,

Got a stomach ache, got a stomach ache,

Called the doctor, called the doctor,

Guess what he gave me, Guess what he gave me.

Penicillin, Penicillin,

Didnt work, didnt work

Went to hospital, Went to hospital.

Operation, operation,

Died anyway, died anyway,

Went to heaven, went to heaven,

Wouldn't take me, wouldn't take me,

Went the other way, went the other way,

Didn't want me, didn't want me,

Was a dream, was a dream,

Then I woke up, then I woke up,

Found a peanut, found a peanut,

Took a while but was a good time waster on school trips etc and the teachers wouldnt give us dogs abuse for the language.

Lets not sing some of the other ones we knew as kids growing up in NI savage. I dont think they would understand. Depending on what side you were one there were several.

I grew up on the protestant side and one of the ones we knew started with "My old man said be an orange man"

The rest I wont sing, Partly because its highly offensive and partly because I cant remember the whole song. Laughing

In Primary school I remember one or two events when instead of a Hall meeting with the whole school, the whole school had to sing 'When I'm 64'.

I also remember in Secondary school, although it was actually a Music lesson, we had to learn and sing 'Eleanor Rigby'

You'll look smart with your legs apart

My bonny lies over the ocean,
My bonny lies over the sea,
My daddy lay over my mommy,

Ahh fond memories of childhood are resurfacing as I read this thread!

Quote:
I was walking in the jungle with my M16
I'm a mean motherfucker from the US Marines
I shot 2 dickheads that came out from a tree
101 girls came chasing after me
I fucked 99 'till my balls went blue
Has a bottle of scotch and fucked the other 2

And a variation on the fart one:

Quote:
Mrs Brown went to town to buy some macaroni
She done a fart behind a cart and paralysed the pony
The fart went rolling down the street
Knocked a copper off his feet
Uncle Jim was drinking Jin
Opened his mouth and the fart rolled in

...

Quote:
Mary had a baby, his name was Sonny Jim
She put him down the toilet to see if he could swim
He swam to the bottom
He floated to the top
Mary tried to pull him out, by his little...

Cocktail, whisky, shandy in a glass
If you don't like it, stick it up your...

Ask no questions, tell no lies
Ever seen a policeman doing up his...

Flies are a nuisance, bugs are worse
That's the end of my little Chinese verse

And does anyone remember the 'Magic Moments' ones?

Quote:
Remember the day we fell in the hay without any clothes on?
It wasn't the grass that tickled your arse, it was my bone-on!

I'll never forget the smell of the sweat from under your armpits
I tickled your bum, you started to cum all over the carpet...

Remember the night you fell in the shite, you had your best suit on,
It was that one, the one that you bought with Embassy coupons...

Maaaagic Moooooments.....

And one our history teacher taught us...

Quote:
Hitler has only got one ball,
Goering has 2 but they're quite small
Himler is rather similar
And Gerballs has no balls at all

And finally...

Quote:
Michael Jackson is a very nice man
He tried to kiss a woman but he kissed a man
He bought some bubblegum and stuck it up his bum
So beat it, just beat it

On top of the school yard, All covered with sand.
I shot my poor teacher, With a rubber band,
I shot her with pleasure, I shot her with pride,
I couldnt have missed her, She's 40 foot wide.

I went to her funeral, I went to her grave,
instead of some flowers, I lobbed a grenade,
She went up in pieces, she went up in bits,
And all that was left, Where 2 hairy tits.

Then there were the classics.

One man went to mow, Went to mow a meadow,
One man and his super sonic sausage dog with rubber wellies on his feet, went to mow a meadow.... etc.....

There were 10 in the bed and the little one said, Roll over, Roll over, so they all rolled over and 1 fell out and banged his head and gave a shout, please remember to tie a knot in your pijama's, single beds are only made for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 in the bed..... ETC

10 green hand grenades sitting on the school,
And if 1 green hand grenade should accidently fall,
There'll be no green hand grenades and no fkin school!

I had a little bunny rabbit
really soft and fluffy
then one day it ran in the road
and now its just all mushy.

Mushy bunny rabbit
I kept it just for fun
and when I used the toilet
I wiped it on my bum

Pooey bunny rabbit
smelled really bad
So I gave it to your mom
who cooked it for your dad.

I think there was some more but I can't remember it. As with most things at that age it was supposed to be an insult to someone

the monkeys went to war
they forgot there guns
so used there bums
in 1974

Mary had a little lamb,
She thought him very silly,
She threw him up into the air,
And caught him by his,
Willy was a sheepdog lying in the grass,
Down came a bumblebee and stang him on the,
Ask no questions, tell no lies,
I saw a policeman doing up his,
Flies are a problem, wasps are worse,
That is the end of my silly little verse

Little miss muffet sat on her tuffet
smoking a spliff full of weed
then down came a spider
and sat down beside her
and sold her a quarter of speed

As I awoke one morning, when all the world was still
A little birdie came, and sat upon my window sill.

It sang and sang so joyfully, of love its heart was full,
I gently closed the window and crushed it's little skull.

Jesus Christ, superstar,
Riding down the road on his Yamaha,
Did a skid, killed a kid, burnt his balls on the petrol lid!

Variations:
Jesus Christ, superstar, wore frilly knickers and a wonder bra!

Roses are red, cabbages green
My face is funny, but yours is a scream!
