So my TZR has been rebuilt, works great, accelerates faster than it ever has!

However there is always one problem...

It's pissing fuel out of the carburettor, it's coming out of the overflow pipe on the bottom, so there must be something wrong with the float needle valve.

I know it's a mikuni carburettor (Mikuni VM26SS), but I don't have any idea where to get one of these valves from... Are they common to most carburettors or does each one have a different valve?

Cheers.

Oh, also, there are a few confusing pipes on it...

Fuel pipe (connected)
Power jet (connected)
2t pipe (connected)
Overflow (Not connected, obv)
A thin little pipe that is not connected... no idea where it goes, just coming out of the side, transparent
And another pipe, similar to the overflow but higher up and transparent

You might be able to bend the float tab. The correct level should be in a Hayne's or service manual.

Other wise... ebay some new carbs or find out the model and ring about some carburettor repair/servicing companies.

Next time post this in the workshop section, people will be more likely to help there.
