I had a slight off last night when a feckwit in a Peugeot decided to swap lanes, pull in front of me, decide that he didn't want that lane after all, indicated right but pulled more left as I was trying to get passed, glanced the nearside back bumper with the RHS indicator and radiator, by which time I'd virtually stopped anyway but momentum and the steering angle made her go down. He didn't stop and neither did anyone else bearing in mind that it was only rush hour in the centre of Leeds. Twisted Evil

Luckily damage is reletively light. Rad is bent but not holed, indicator glued together. As she went down on the LHS there are scratches on the alternator cover, mirror, bar end, bent bars and clutch lever plus twisted knee and back.

Bad luck mate. Thumbs Down

I take it you'll be keeping your eye out for the car in future rush hours so that you can, ahem, 'adjust' the angle of their mirrors for them? Wink

unfortunately I was concentrating on trying to keep a 240kg bike off the floor rather than get his plate, wish I had though as yep they would have their mirrors re arranged at the very least... Evil or Very Mad

Sorry i hear that. Yeah cars can't choose lanes for shit. Also they dont even see you sometimes, even if you are positioned well. They frequently move into your lane while you are in it. Happened to me a few times.

Hope you recover fast! Thumbs Up

Hehe yeah I didnt want to say.

Im sure if you did anything wrong you would know about it yourself. You get that "gut feeling" just after you know you have made a mistake on our roads.

Remember to give cars a berth, and watch out...

not strictly undertaking, was using my escape route after the feckwit initially pulled into my lane in front of me, (there is a large open bit of tarmac at that point which forms an entrance to the Yorkshire Post building in Leeds) and was trying to avoisd the fugger. As he decided he didnt want the left lane (they go to the same place but hey wouldnt want to spoil the guys party..hahaha), he indicated right but pulled more left for some reason, then went into the right lane and beggered off...

such is life
Confused
