I should think a helmet would irritate a eyebrow piercing something rotten.
Eyebrow piercings grow out fairly quickly as there's not much skin over the bone, so if you're wanting to ride your bike it might be worth thinking of a different piercing....?

Yeah I've had one before, just can't remember if putting a lid on will catch it with the chin guard or not.

Hmm, looks like it might be a lip piercing again then, or maybe my tongue but I've always been scared of that one, not getting my septum or the top of my ear done again because my ear + lids will = ouch, and I dont think work will stretch that far as to allow me to get my septum done again.

Well apart from the fact that eyebrow peircings are the chaviest of all piercings, Wink it could indeed cause bother with the lid. How about nipples Thumbs UpVery Happy

Tounge is no problem, dont be scared of it.
I have a scaffold at the top of my ear and have found a neat little trick for it not to be ripped out by my helmet. I just put a nectector over my head covering my ears and the helmet just slides on easily without yanking my scaffold out. Very Happy

Keep some plasters under the seat of your bike.. then stick one on if needed.
Be a pain in the ass to do but if you want to bike you have to put up with some stuff.

Have heard of people having problems with eye brow piercing and helmets but don't have one myself so don't really know. Best bet would be to ask the piercing place about it as if it's something which will be a problem I'd expect they'd have encountered it before.

Can you get your helmet on and off without touching the area the piercing would be in.

If yes, then you should be cool.

If no, it's never gonna work.

I don't think you can generalise this one, it depends on the helmet, the jewellery and the placement.

A helmet that fits properly is more important than whether it's comfortable enough for a piercing...

How bout dreds? Would you even get a lid on! My hair would be better in small dreds but I doubt even the biggest lid would fit. Anyone here have dreadlocks? No! Didn't think so!

Hey Inglesina94 try a different type of earplug. I've got a tragus piercing and it's fine with plugs.
Toby,i dare say an eyebrow would be ok when the lid is on but a pain to get the lid on and off. As cath said they grow out fairly quick so why not go for something else maybe a PA or Frenum hehehehe

I want to get my nipple done, but I haven't got the money. Eyebrow peircings don't appeal to me. Confused

I have some piercings in my ears and tragus. I have to be careful when I put my lid on and take it off, but it doesn't cause any problems. I have wanted a scaffold for ages but since getting a bike I decided that it would make lid removal difficult!!

I'd imagine an eyebrow piercing would be irritated by your lid, but like others have said, I guess it depends on which type you go for and the exact placement of your piercing.

My tongue piercing was the least painful one I've had! I'd certainly recommend it! Razz

I would agree with Karen there, my tongue piercing was not painfull at all, even though many people say their was!! Confused

I had mine pierced for about 5 years, but took it out last year, 'cause I kept biting on it and it wasn't doing my pearly whites any good!!

Toby, I think if you get your eyebrown done and just take care until it's healed, it should be ok!! Probably be better with a hoop than a bar though IMO! Thumbs Up
