Hi,

I stay in Taiwan and recently purchased a Yamaha YJ90AE (1999 model). It is a 2-stroke engine and I don't know what the proper oil to fuel ratio is. Secondly I don't know wether I have to regulate this manually or wether there is some electronic device on the scooter that will do this for me. Lastly I am clueless as to what type of fuel I need to use, 92 of 95?

Any advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

it should have an oil pump on it, and an oil tank. Just fill the oil tank with 2 stroke and your good to go. If there is no oil tank mix it 50:1 or 32:1

Its up to you, if you want it to have a shorter life span and use less spark plugs go 50:1
If you want it to last a little longer and go through spark plugs use 32:1

Same applys for the fuel, The higher the octane the longer the engines life span
