Old seals (I cut a 1cm section out - makes it easier to remove it aftwards) and rubber mallet. ____________________ XX XXXx

I put the old seal on upside down then wrap loads of electrical tape around the chrome and use that to drive the new seal in  ____________________ KTM LC4 400 | Honda VTR1000 |

When you slide the new seal on, stick cling film over the fork first. ALWAYS USE GOOD QUALITY SEALS And make sure you get as much of the old fork oil out as possible. |
