Good job they didnt ask him who was riding the bike at the time of the alleged offence, the answer would be pretty easy - No fooker!!!

No reason for him to get off?

Unless the area before the camera was a higher speed limit where he came off, he must have been over the limit when he was sliding?

You do realize that is the Daily Mail right? What were you thinking reading the article let alone opening comments. I suggest you wash your eyes with soap and read the first 18 pages of the dictionary and hopeful the mental scaring and IQ reduction that comes with reading the Mail will not be too long lasting.
