Car exhaust vs bike silencer

Any one know what the inside of an exhaust is like compaired to a bike one? i Need a can like that shown in the picture and can only find car ones that shape?

been to that site and the pictures are amazing but i still can find any cans the right shape they only seem to sell round ones Crying or Very sad
