EDIT
hi
any comments welcome
on my 1999 cg125 with kick start. I have felt the kick start lever push against my foot vibrating like a 1000w vibrator.
this hapens most in 4th or 5th gear any where between 45-60mph
usually this coincides with laying on or off lots of throttle
return spring seems to be o.k. ____________________ https://domharnessphotography.webs.com

Are you sure thats its bolted on at the right angle and can FULLY return as you might have it wedged on a bit if that makes sense.
my kick start keeps getting caught behind the carb water filter holds it back like 1 degree and makes a horrible vibration/noise ____________________ F'it DO WHAT EVER MAKES YOU HAPPY!!!!! Even if it screws over everyone else :p

possible cure found
checked everything mentioned here all o.k
then checked the oil level very low
I figure that lack of oil may have caused the bearing to stiffen around the shaft.
any way will find out tonight on the ride home
cheers ____________________ https://domharnessphotography.webs.com |
