I used to look like this:

https://img546.imageshack.us/img546/8035/25572355662246960626550.jpg

https://img580.imageshack.us/img580/2526/26994521284878209052510.jpg

I now look like this:

https://img404.imageshack.us/img404/9412/dscf0706t.jpg

https://img840.imageshack.us/img840/3073/dscf0710z.jpg

And a picture that shows I need a tan and a wax:

https://img4.imageshack.us/img4/3159/dscf0716p.jpg

I apologise for the ugliness in these pictures.

Chest from a 48 to a 44. Waist from a 38-40 to a 32. Still have work to do to get rid of flab round my belly and the remainder of my man tits, but I think you'll agree it's an improvement.

For those that want to know the secret it's called putting down the fucking fork and going to the gym Wink

Well up mate. Been there, done it Thumbs Up

The tough bit is maintaining it. Especially when everyone says 'but you're thin, why worry about eating some ice cream/going to a buffet/going down the gym' etc...

Especially when you meet new people, who have never met you as a fat person Laughing

In the before pictures you look like a fairly pleasant, if slightly chubby, fun guy.

Now you look like a sex offender Razz

haha, fucking brilliant. I guess it does look a bit like that.

I still smoke like a chimney, drink like fuck and eat takeaways all the time and have done whilst I was losing it, but I exercise constantly so it don't really affect me. I think people can get a bit too wierd about the whole weight loss thing, I just changed what I was eating over night and started dropping off weight.

We are not middle aged fat women... don't sweat small weight changes.

When we train more, we drink more water... When I go to the gym I drink 3 litres before and 3 litres during... that's 6kg of water going into the system.... My point is, fuck it. Weigh once a week, but mainly look at the mirror. That is where you will see the difference.

I always want to bitch slap my mother/aunt/grandma when they come in excited about losing a lb... Man, this morning with my hangover shits, I filled the bowl twice. Two huge cones. I reckon that would cover 1 lb.

After being on codiene for quite some time, my shitting system was completely bunged up. After not dropping the kids off for nearly a week I decided enough was enough and took a few laxatives.
I spent the best part of a saturday evening sat on the shitter reading a back catalouge of bike mags. I spent a good 3 hours in there forcing what felt like seasoned hardwood buttplugs out of myself.

A before and after weighing confirmed i'd managed to lose 3.5lbs in a marathon shitting session.

Back on topic! Well done OP but please never post topless pictures again! Leave that to the ladies~!

I do weight myself once a week, i was losing 2lbs a week for months but then it stopped Sad I weigh myself after getting up and having a glass of water, every time. The machine also does % body fat, which went up by 2% too!

And a subscription to 'Elle' if comments like that are anything to go by. Men are hairy, you are not particularly hairy.

Oh, and a belt that works. But given the weight loss that can probably be forgiven.

Good efforts. Thumbs Up

Haaa.

You used to be a fat guy.

Now you're just a not so fat guy who thinks he's ripped. Like one of those idiot kids you see walking around carrying invisible rolls of carpet under each arm.

Pop the heating up a notch, you won't need to wear your hoodie up indoors.

On a serious note:

How long did it take you too loose that much weight? And what sort of gym lengths/sessions were you doing?

You shouldn't try to "lose weight" though as it leads to yoyo dieting. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you are better off focusing on improving your lifestyle by changing your diet and doing some fun and interesting exercise that you will enjoy.

Its always impressive when people pull off huge weight losses, takes a fair bit of determination.

There is nothing more annoying than a fat twat who eats shit all the time and says "man i need to lose some weight"

The real challenge is keeping the weight off, that requires somewhat more of a lifestyle change.

Eat less crap and do some excercise.

Some people do one or the other, find a good balance of both and you will find it easier to maintain.

There is nothing wrong with eating curries pizzas and kebabs, all the good stuff so long as its not all the time.
